Diversity in Healthcare Leadership

We work to ensure Black African nurses are represented in leadership roles across Australia’s healthcare system. Our advocacy includes pushing for diverse hiring practices and ensuring that Black African voices are heard in decision-making processes. Through collaborations with healthcare institutions, we aim to create an inclusive healthcare environment where leadership reflects the diversity of the community.
