BAANA promotes the integration of Black African perspectives within the Australian healthcare system. We advocate for inclusive practices that recognize and value cultural diversity in healthcare policies, treatment approaches, and patient care. Our goal is to create a healthcare system where every nurse and patient, regardless of background, feels respected, valued, and empowered.
