BAANA’s mentorship program pairs experienced nurses with those in earlier stages of their careers. This program fosters personal and professional development, offering guidance on navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, overcoming challenges, and advancing in nursing careers. Mentors provide valuable insights on leadership, career growth, and personal empowerment, strengthening the bonds within the Black African nursing community.
